Walk-in “members” are welcome and can book a simulator same day. Walk-ins are required to complete a membership rules form and waiver in order to gain entry.

Break80 is open 24/7

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Junior memberships are available for kids at a discounted rate with limited booking times.

Your Break80 membership includes the use of our free mobile app which will allow you to access a Break80 facility for your scheduled simulator time.

A single player can complete an 18 hole round of golf in typically 1 hour. If you have more than one player you may want to book additional hour(s).

Yes. Break80 does not rent or loan clubs.

No. Break80 has it’s own tees built into the turf. The turf is not designed to accept plastic or wooden tees.

Shirts with sleeves, pants or shorts and golf shoes/sneakers are required to be worn at all times. Golf shoes or cleats with metal spikes are prohibited.

The Trackman interface includes a variety of tools for your usage. Driving Range, Course Play, Closest the Pin, etc. Check out all the different options here.

- No swinging clubs outside the hitting area.
- Only one person may swing a club at a time.
- Stand behind the counter when not hitting.
- Be aware of your surroundings before every swing.
- Children must be supervised at all times.

- Use clean clubs and balls only (no dirt, rocks, or range balls).
- No dirty shoes, metal spikes—soft spikes or sneakers only.
- Do not hit from outside the designated mat.
- No running starts.
- Do not practice swing or hit balls from anywhere other than the designated hitting mats.
- Do not adjust or move simulator equipment.

- No food or drinks near the simulator hitting area (water allowed if specified).
- Report any damage or malfunctions immediately.
- Treat screens, mats, and sensors with care.
- Members shall be held responsible for damage caused by misuse.

- No horseplay, running, or reckless behavior.
- Respect other players, staff, and guests.
- Offensive language or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
- Follow all staff instructions promptly.

- Arrive on time for your booking.
- Sessions end promptly at the scheduled time.
- Limit practice swings when others are waiting.
- Keep play moving during group sessions.

- Guests must be registered and follow all club rules.
- Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior.
- Memberships and bookings are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

- Warm up properly before swinging.
- Do not play if injured or unwell.
- Play within your physical limits.

- Use of the facility is at your own risk.
